Email or CRM Plugin for Prospect Activity Monitoring

Has anyone here had experience with a plugin or tool that can integrate with email clients or CRMs and provide notifications when a prospect opens an email or interacts with a case study or datasheet? I'm currently searching for a solution that can assist in monitoring prospect activity and engagement with the emails and information that I share with them.

I am talking about activity monitoring after the demo call. Lets say when I share a Case Study, who opened it, how many times etc etc, I don't think Gong or outreach can give this info.

What everyone has said - there are hundreds. HubSpot, Yesware are cheap and great on a budget.
