Emails that Look like Texts

From my last post, I have been trying to incorporate a joke to see if that helps get more responses. As I review the email templates and responses, I notice that the "Email that Looks like Text" is the clear leader in terms of receiving the most responses. This type of email is typically limited to two short sentences and is usually a reply to a prior email. Recently, I've found that simply asking "Would you be opposed to an intro?" after a tailored email has been even more effective.

I sell to various parts of the business, including Finance, HR, IT, and SCM, and all of these groups seem to respond better to a short and concise email than any other template I've tried. While I feel guilty that this email lacks personalization and value, it consistently gets the best results, especially when following a more tailored email.

I'm curious to know what others think about the "Email that looks like a text." Has it been effective for you

This has been effective for me. My reply message is usually "Hey ____, pushing this back to the top of your inbox. Would love to connect."

Totally agree with you the shorter the better at the beginning .

Only once receiving the first response and making sure that he could be really interested in buying the product at that point you could go with the tailored email stage that should answer all of the questions and the concerns the prospect has in his mind!
