Just had my end of the year 1 on 1 with my manager and he pulled my numbers up along with the rest of my team's. Turns out I'm in the top 3 performers on a team of 14 and I'm only 6 months in the role. Feeling really good as we close out the last work day of the year.
No other reason for sharing aside from being proud of myself after coming off of multiple failed sales teams with Series A startups. Turns out the problem wasn't me, and I've also grown a lot as a salesman. Hope everyone else here is having a great year end.
