Fair amount of advisor shares?

Hello, I am advising a pre-seed Saas company in GTM/Sales on a weekly basis, and the CEO has offered me .25% equity. Is this a fair amount? They have raised less than $500k, have one full-time employee (the CEO), and 3 or 4 are contract workers.

For an advisory position that’s a good deal. Most full-time VP level positions give ~.50-.75%
