Schedule a few 10 min breaks a day where you go outside without a screen. Including your phone. This helps keep the blood flowing. You need balance.

Super good advice. Breaks are essential, and itโ€™s really easy to forget to take them!

Breaks are absolutely key. Way too easy to crumble without them.

And getting outside vastly increases their efficacy.

Take a break, go for a walk and spend sometime outside.

Sometimes when you lose motivation you are on the verge of burning out.

When you get back, set ATTAINABLE goals for yourself to chip away at some of your larger goals

This is great advice. Step away. Sometimes a good walk for an hour or so actually leads to greater productivity, because your brain is still working even if you're just cruising around. I find I come back and bang out a bunch of tasks that I probably would have not come up with had I just sat at my laptop, staring at the screen.

When I was prospecting to keep my funnel full, I made the attempt to make 2 cold calls a day. That may not seem like much, but often its 2 more then the next guy.

And 2 more than you would have done otherwise.

Re-framing my thoughts. When I find I am getting down or in a negative headspace I work on celebrating the small things and not putting pressure on myself to do everything. Having a checklist where you can cross things off is also motivating for some

The checklist definitely works for me! I put one together at the beginning of every day, and make sure I check them off as I go. Really helps me feel that Iโ€™ve accomplished something. Iโ€™ve found I somehow forget to do things when Iโ€™m less busy and feeling less motivated, so a list really helps me!

I need this real bad. I am cutting slack because the market is down and I am not getting lead inflow at all. So there's a lot of "Hummmfff nevermind" attitude ! Reading the comments for inspo now.

Donโ€™t depend on motivation. Sometimes thereโ€™s going to be days or weeks that suck. Keep doing the right things and whatever season of life youโ€™re in will change. Having the discipline to keep putting one foot in front of the other moving forward is what counts.
