In Sales all we do is look for ghosts my friend! Lol on a serious note itโs really annoying, happening to me as we speak, I mean companies im interviewing with

It depends on the type of ghosting,so ghosting while trying to get a new job is something you could get a feedback about by communicating directly with the recruitment department as most probably they would have nothing to hide.
However, you may not be able to get any reasons for that ghosting from a prospect who no longer responds on a deal you're trying to close.
And both of em happen normally, but the latter one is worse as it gave you this feeling that your effort on that sale was worthless in addition to losing your expected commish!

Absolutely! Both in interview processes and throughout prospecting. Completely unprofessional. Some people just donโt give a rip.
Go ghosted after 4 interviews including a preso. Never replied to me after and the hiring manager had the nerve to post about how badly he felt for reps interviewing in this market on LinkedIn and nlah blah blah.
To this day, 5 months later, I havenโt been rejected. Maybe heโs just really deliberative.
