So ive shared that i took a head of sales role about a month ago.
i am a team of one right now.
A huge part of my role is to learn. Learn the best discovery questions, learn the best way to position our product in the market. learn how the midmarket customers buy, and what they care about.
And alot of that is going to come from making good ol fashioned cold calls to targeted prospects. Key is to set meetings of course, but also understand how the react to our messaging and what objections they come at me with.
Its kinda crazy the whole team really has their eyes on why i can uncover so I really hope I dont fail. ๐คฃ
Im surprised at how nervous I am to really hit the phones. its been a few months since ive done that with any sort of regularity.
Scripts created, cadence set, email templates created. All thats left is to start dialing.
and well thats why im making this post because Im procrastinating ๐คฃ
say a prayer to Corporate Bro that I dont fall on my face!
