Help Identify SaaS BD positions // Ideal Base of $100k-$120k OTE $170k+ // Strong SDR AE CS background

Hello,

I am looking to navigate the job market to land a higher paying job then my current one (80k Base + 20-40 variable, AE full sales cycle).

I've came close recently with two positions making it to the final rounds. Unfortunately, I did not ask enough questions and dig into specific pain points well enough to land either offer.

Although these experiences were very good and led to great takeaways, I am still lacking that offer leveling me up in terms of compensation. I am selling subscriptions worth 50k and managing the entire sales cycle with out an sdr.

Could anyone give me suggestion on how to identify open positions that have base salaries north of $100,000 (Linkedin promotes alot of bs, Ive used wellfound for one opportunity above, one recruiter reached out)

Focusing on jobs in Tri-state area NJ, NY and remote.

Roles I had in mind were SDR manager, AE, Customer Success
