what is this hire smarter assessment i'm being asked to take? anyone take one of these before? seems like an unfair hiring practice so I'd appreciate knowing how I could cheat it, thoughts?

Its a test developed by people who have never carried a bag designed to assess if you will be a good sales man.

I love when people in Ops/support say that they can fill in when an AE leaves. I ask if they have ever carried a bag and I get a weird look from them, while the other sales people just laugh.

UPDATE: it was a personality test and I got the results right away, I guess I’m competitive as fuck and also have solid leadership skills, I guess this means I’ll make a great sales leader ya’ll!!!

Unless I am desperate if a company asks me to take an assessment I am out
Typically these test for behavioral analysis and making sure you don’t jump around in answers. Just make sure you answer the questions with the same answers, as they typically ask the same questions multiple ways to make sure you are consistent and not a trainwreck.
