You should be able to find something in search. Very broad questions as all SDR jobs might require you to have different sets of skills - is it for smb,MM,ent, inbound, outbound etc etc.

Need to expand a bit more here...

Awesome!
Have you checked out our jobs tab? Great place to find some postings.
Indeed, and LinkedIn are also great tools for your job search.
If there are companies that interest you, take a look at their culture reviews on Glassdoor. You can also look at RepVue for Quota attainment.
If you find a particular job opening that interests you, reach out to reps that currently work there on LinkedIn, ask them for 10 minutes of their time to pick their brains.
Is there a particular industry that interests you? This will help refine your search.
Use our search bar (soon to be much improved!) to find some posts about upskilling.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions.

It seems like your question is better met with Google or chatGPT. Asking what top five qualities are best for a SDR is way too broad.
But there is a reason why many companies look for former athletes. It’s because those individuals tend to have grit and perseverance which are obviously qualities needed for an SDR role.

Here`s what I value (as an AE) from an SDR - ownership and accountability.
They`ll have to have a sense of ownership of the territory or the list of accounts that we`ve agreed they work on. This comes with accountability so that I know that I can expect certain opportunities coming from certain territories, or account lists.
Not sure how much this helps you, but that`s what I would value the most in anyone working as an SDR with me.

- Make the calls, phone is your friend - Focus, don't get distracted by all the noise around you - Spend some time personalizing outreach to target accounts but don't go crazy, 5 minutes should be the max - Lot's will have input on how to do your job, make your pitch so easy to recite and don't be afraid to iterate - Last but maybe most importantly don't get burned out. It's very easy in the BDR work to get burned out quickly, get up and outside, set a to do list and bang it out and then mix in some fun throughout the day.
