I'm on a small sales team and I've been dealing with a coworker of that team that has been overly involved with my work flow. They give me unsolicited advice on nearly every aspect of my sales process, from cold calling to Outreach task management.
I know that there is always going to be at least one bad nut on a sales team (maybe it's you... or me...) and I understand that nothing shuts up a nosey coworker than crushing quota and getting. that. money. But it's starting to affect my attitude which I think is a negative.
Anyone have any tips OR stories of their own rough coworker stories?
