how to use the 1-10 technique with multiple stakeholders

I have used this technique in the past where I would ask the prospect "What is your current rating of our product on a scale of 1-10 where 1 is I am never going to buy it and 10 is I should buy it now.

Then if the answer is 8 or above I would say what made it that. I was thinking a 7 - This helps me know what they like about the product.

and then ask What would have made it a 10 if it wasn't a 10 to get to know their concerns.

How would I apply this when there are multiple stakeholders on the call? Has anyone tried?

They call me Daddy, Sales Daddy
Why would you ask that about your own product? What's the context here?

Also, I feel like I'd be setting myself up for a big let down. What happens when they say 1-5? I would think you would already kinda know that answer before having the conversation.

I've never used this line. What are the most common responses you here? Where do you take it if they say it's a 1-5?

You’re asking to get trapped if you get 7 different answers. 1-10 can work with individuals.

You’d be much more likely to get a consensus if you play “front burner, back burner.”

So can we we all agree this is a front burner project?

I would only use the 1-10 question if both heads are bobbing and you know, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that you nailed the routine, stuck the landing and got the judges excited.

Otherwise, I would use an easier way to get consensus. Many ways to get it. I don't know what you're selling so it's hard to nail it. But...

"So, who liked the thing more you or you?"
"You both see this as a front burner project?"
"Everything being equal, are you both comfortable moving forward?"

If there's an objection, you'll hear it.

What do you do when you have multiple valid emails for a contact?

Question
17
lets say you have 4 emails for a contact that are, in theory, valid
38% send over the course of a cadence (email A on day 0, email B on day 5 etc)
26% send in one email (and BCC other contacts)
16% send multiple emails at the same time (day 0 send an email to A, B, C, D)
20% something else?
