Never Use These In Sales

Wassup Savages,

So I tried those tips and tricks and it helped me a lot with my target and my close rate.

Don't use Loan and use Funding instead.

Don't use Money and use Investment instead.

Don't use Trust me and use I'm confident instead.

Don't use Contract and use Agreement instead.

And finally Don't use I'm following up and use As promised instead.

Some of em I learned by myself and the others from relevant sales reels and podcasts.

Hope it helps you as well.

Best of luck with your targets!

While I agree that wordsmithing changes your prospects point of view, I will say you should call it a contract if itโ€™s a contract. Thatโ€™s what our paper is called at nearly every SaaS company Iโ€™ve worked for.

Also, be cautious how much manipulation you leverage in your word choice. Savvy buyers can detect the stink of bullshit regardless of how much cologne you spritz.

Having every email with "

I'm following up" is a huge red flag

People who have to explicitly say "trust me" only do so because they are often making people feel like they are untrustworthy

The game is the game. Bullshit can be smelled a mile away. Authenticity is lacking these days, and sales is no exception.
Honest, straightforward communication mixed with no time wasting is usually the baseline.

Good of you man. There are many things that I like to stick with as they are still used widely e.g. Contract :)
