Salesforce. You can customize an object, create a custom field to add a file/attachment to a contact and upload a photo.

You can save jpeg images in SFDC. Though Iโm not sure why you would want to do this.
Hubspot letโs you. I love looking into the lame face of the fools who are gonna jerk me around. I used to keep a folder of shame of the worst offenders and meme them to death on bad days to make myself feel better. I swear Iโm stable. ๐คช
