Q3 Quotas

Heyooo,

If you're like me, you're probably thinking "what the hell!? Tomorrow is the last day of August??? What happened?"


Well.. that's right, we all blinked again and found ourselves in the final 3rd of glorious Q3.


AE situation: In the midst of a rough sales sea, I actually am locked and loaded to hit my number but the rest of my crew is going to be at the bottom of the ocean. Only two of us out of 8 are going to hit and this is the 4 quarter in a row this has happened...

Heads STILL aren't rolling and we continue to do the same ol' same old because other sales teams are keeping the ship afloat since the company is still hitting overall.


SDR team situation: SDRs are still screamed at to keep the boiler room hot with 80 dials a day or else the room will get too cold and their cold calls will be icy.

They still book the majority of meetings via email but their SDR captain/manny has decided that calling is still the focus, with no regard for quality. For most of them, they might make their goal but it will be close.

A few are on PIPs :/


I'm someone that thrives in chaos and can still do my thing to reach my own goals. But I do wonder what will happen to my teammates who are shitting the bed. Again.
