Supply chain hitting a fox hard this quarter. That and vacations.
Q1&Q2 were great! Q3 was poop
Q1 & 2 were a challenge. 3 was pretty good. Crossing fingers for 4.
It has been hit or miss for my team, roughly 50% of us hitting, but there are definitely a select few who are just not putting in the work too
60-80%. Very few 100% or over.
Average attainment is 36% in my region for Q3 with one month to go, in line with the performance in Q2 and Q1. No quota adjustment of course.
All of my deals are pushing to early Q4
Hoping everyone can eke out some more for Q3 and kill Q4!
