Q4 2023- how many of you are behind quota?

These last 6 months have been really tough trying to scale up new reps and simply book anything relevant. And just feeling that in Q4, we're starting to get some traction.


Right now we're looking at 60% attainment if nothing else is within the meeting quota, how's everyone else doing?


Also, how do you get over this hump?

I would agree with you but my CRO left recently and working directly with the CEO who is a classic micro manager accountant who can't loosen the grip on the reins so I'm just playing the current game but yeah I'm not actually worried just making sure I don't have any friction lol. Standby for the post of BS I'm currently going through. I may be a Christmas break write up.

Yuck, I hate micromanagers, I don't see that as a healthy relationship hahaha, but focus on finishing strong and setting up the pipeline for next year should leave you with a good impression with your CEO

Also running behind but considering the year we've had at the company, I'm not too mad about it. We went through a rebrand in April and have been trying to figure things out ever since with constant changes. All things considered, I'll be content with my results!

My sales team is so disorganized and thus I am behind. (I am the only SDR in a 2000+ lives organization). However, according to my boss I'm "setting up meetings that turn into opportunities and doing a great job" so that's good at least. Still haven't been paid commission for anything I've done tho.

Me! My fiscal year starts June 1 so technically halfway through and only at 31%. I finished 160% last year so Iโ€™m perplexed.
