Remote SDR Engagement/Productivity

Trying to find ways to get my remote SDR team more engaged and productive as call volumes are pretty low 20-30 calls a day. I found in the office setting if you heard your colleagues banging out calls, it would push you to keep up the pace.


Any tools or techniques for organizing remote power hours?

Tell them youll fire them if they dont up their calls, fear is a great motivator. 

Now for real advice - why are calls low? Do they know what they need to do and have the tools/confidence to execute? 

Do they feel like the work they put in now will get them to their own career goals (not the org goals, they probably dont give a fuck about that). 

Are expectations clear? 

To many variables for a general response but make sure you know what each of your SDRs wants/is working towards and paint the picture for their work now leading to their ideal future state.

Yeah, definitely worth diving into why, but deliverables are deliverables.

Head of a couple of companies doing zoom call power hours to try and recreate that sales floor magic.  Really comes down to the individual reps drive and desire to hit their number.

I've heard of companies doing this a lot but logistically I can't make any sense of it. If you're on a zoom with your team and you're all calling at the same time, wouldn't all that chatter be distracting (assuming the zoom audio is coming from the same device)?

2 things - Are they working on IB leads or O/B or both? Any KPI?

Most use combo of data extraction tool - ZI, Apollo etc. along with Navigator. If you want to track web visitors, there are Leadfeeder and the likes.
