$500-$15,500 bonus, dependent on performance, evaluated quarterly. Guranteed $500 end of year bonus.

300 reps
best guy makes $3.3M in commisions. 1% of sales reps make over $1M commisions.

no quota, compared to peers by years of tenure.

private company not public traded.

work 18 hours, 5 days a week. 

2 years in, 1st year was $90k for me, second year was $120k. 

would be cool to learn how other comp plans work for industries.

Like constant looking at phone, I swear I am glued to it. In office more like 6 hours of work.

I also count commuting to work as work. Its salary.

90k and 120k seems a bit low especially if you are grinding that many hrs a day. I hope that number is incorrect or maybe 18 hr week for that pay.
If you are young with not much experience and living in middle of the country this might not be bad pay. But if you have years of experience then this pay is low.
If you can get toward top of spectrum making half million or more a year it will be worth it. But right now seems low base pay.
Software is either flat commission rates or sliding scale when you sell more your percentage goes up higher, as in accelerators and rewards for beating quota.

Haha its not manual labor, but I am always answer emails.

As we procure parts from Asia, you get order in america and then secure parts in asia.

I have some european customers that I try to get in the morning and right before 5 pm their time.

$3.3M in a year, money in pocket.

Flat level org that shares peoples commissions, we all can estimate what people make as its 10%. Let it be known its rumored the top guys really make like 15% so they could be making more than $3.3M

Basically make the company $33M in profit, they cut you $3.3M check.

Its possible to do this every year as servers need to be upgraded on almost a 18 month cycle, especially if they want to be on the bleeding age.

Such as Supermicro, they build new type of server like every 6 months lol

For 18 hours day, I don't think I'd even entertain anything that wasn't at least 200k base. That's some CEO level working hours for a fraction of the pay.
