After working for a month, I just found out from my coworkers that I accepted a low base for my role (SDR). is there anything I can do to negotiate a higher base or am I just fucked?

I mean at this point it's A - did you get a lower base because your experience or background isnt as competitive, or they had a more senior role? If not then you got fucked.
Any company that doesn't pay every rep of the same responsibilities is honestly fucked IMO. You can go back to your manager and ask - I seem to be confused, is there any particular reason I am being paid 45k a year and jen 50k a year? or how did you guys come up with the 45k base rate for me?
At the end of the day there are some companys that pay you what you let them pay you, some that will pay you what you are worth, some that will pay the same across the board, or some that pay higher because certain reps negotiated a last minute extra 5 or 10k to their base.

This is a good way to approach it, but in short, it's an offer you accepted, and you really have no negotiating room now.
Alternately, you can put your head down, work hard, crush quota, and earn a merit raise in addition to nailing your OTE.
