Sarcastic Manager

I want your opinion if should I leave my job or no because my manager is sarcastic and she keep changing her decision and confuse me. I would say not everytime she do this, but it happened in the last 3 months and I am working with them 1 year.

Are all the managers like that, because of the pressure they are getting from the stakeholders? Or no

Yeah, we need some examples here. Not sure if it's a language thing, but it sounds like you may mean contradictory instead of sarcastic?

I would explain the situation. 1 weeks ago , I had with her a call to introduce me the new project and she said point A should be the first thing we do then we move to point G. Then today we had an update call and she mentioned to we shouldn’t start with point A but G. Then I asked her can you elaborate again as I got confused, that time she got mad and she said, did you listen to me now?and she start to laugh sarcastically. And breath in a sound like what the hell she don’t understand!.This is the 2nd time she did it to me the same way where I don’t see my service is appreciated.

This would be confusing. Does this exact thing happen often, or is this only once?
My suggestion to you if she constantly keeps changing her directions is to calmly say: I am confused because just last week you directed me to start with A and then progress to G. Now you are saying to start with G and then progress to A. I'm having difficulty understanding what it is you want. Is there a reason you have changed the process?

A question for you: do you and your manager share the same language, or is there possibly a language barrier involved here? Not that it makes this right, but it could help explain what may be happening here.

Do you like the company and or platform that you are representing? Have you talked to co-workers of directly with your manager? Sometimes working through a Slack or Email or even the tone of a conversation misalignment can bring you closer to your manager. She might have a blind eye that she is impacting you this way. In your regular 1-1, maybe address this as a talking point that matters to you.

Depending how she reacts and responds will give you a good sense of the situation. Good luck!

I have talked to my manager directly in a nice way so I can share my opinion, after I sent my resignation letter and she blamed me with nonsense points. And again in a sarcastic and low standard my abilities. Which then I didn't regret leaving the job
