You need to understand the ROI firsthand, and why that’s important to your prospect.
Use real life examples, success stories, and why doing this in-house is far less efficient than outsourcing.
How would you use your services if you were the prospect?

I feel like this will be an uphill battle for him - especially considering your point about doing it in-house

How does it make it easy for your customers? ROI can be any value add that impacts positively - does your service help them increase reach that boosts conversion or the other impacts it creates. I don’t know your industry but I would love to understand how other customers are using it and what value they are getting using us.
