So I'm just hitting a big brick wall, feels like it's the same every single damn month... when you have prospects ready to sign and then.... radio silence.

I even had one of my deals on the phone with a statement like 'everyone's bought in, it's just awaiting signature, no concerns whatsoever'.... it's been weeks since she was supposed to sign.

Honestly, what the hell in this world is going on? Frankly, in this market, these forecasts when missed could easily be the reason one gets fired

Another deal almost identical, everything tied up, technical side crossed off, negotiated the price and.,... radio silence.

People telling me 'its a no brainer' then ghosting...

It really is the vibe out there right now.
I'm in the same boat so my strategy with quiet prospects who I think are just waiting for the tap turn back on is drip value add content without a CTA, or for those who I think the project died, a breakup style email to get that hard no, and if not why/when do we come back to this.

On top of that do what you can control, keep your metrics up and fill the pipe with the new opps to show your leadership that youre still bringing value with forecasted future revenue.

We're in a recession. This is another case-in-point example of the media/FED bullshitting us until the pin drops - and then 3-6 months of "were in a recession" in which case we're actually on our way out of one. This has happened before, and everyone "feels it" which is frustrating part of it not being declared.

I feel you, it's the same for us. At least we're all in this together, and nobody can slight you for it.
