Are Sunday Scaries part of every sales career, start to end?
Or is there a point where it smoothens out? (some wishful thinking huh)
Quota attainment is certainly one aspect, but while I'm personally covered, pressure is still felt, because overall team attainment is low (some quotas are different to represent different OTEs👀, I'm on the good side of things).
Do I get to take my boss of my back when I hit quota this year (again) - or are Sundays going to be brutal expecting someone to dissect all my deals while I've been hitting?
(Hidden choice, ask for a CHUNKY raise that matches other AEs so I can have bigger goals - I mean...since it looks like pressure will be there anyways)
