Unfortunately had to let my relatively new BDR go last week. Sucked cause they were my first hire in my new market and only person on same hours as me so was nice to have the company on call blocks, slack etc.
My question is, the deal we closed from the meeting they booked, should I ask that to be factored into my quota achieved so far?
Not a huge deal, but every little helps given that I did the demo, trial, and now account management (gave them the commish) but want to avoid taking on their quota too ๐
