Taking 2 regions as a first time SDR need advice

Just started my role as an SDR in software sales and I just finished my training. I got 2 AE one for N.A. and the other for Latam. I just through my first week of outreach and the outreach process they thought me works great in the N.A. region but in Latam it just doesn't work because of the lack of data from LeadIQ. My AE is putting pressure on me to book my first meeting but I'm still trying to figure out a new system for outreaches to Latam since number and emails are harder to get, it's a different language and the communication style is different then N.A. how can I hit my metics if I can't get emails or phone numbers? any thoughts or advice

Focus on where you can produce results first. However, loop in management or whoever oversees your work to make sure they're aware of the LATAM struggle. Don't let yourself drown by not leveraging the resources around you. Brainstorm with anyone that may have experience in LATAM already and make a plan around what others have done and tweak it as you go. It's good that you're realizing early it's never a one size fits all solution to outreach.

Get NA leads down first if it's easier. Keep trying whatever works in LATAM.
That way you're doing your job, you get meetings and it looks more like the region penetration is the problem instead of you
If you get questions on LATAM, have a few examples on what you have tried and what works and what doesn't and that this is your plan

Hi does your LatAm AE currently prospect? Or doesn’t he? Is he 100% dependent on you for leads? I certainly hope not.

Coordinate with your LatAm guy on prospecting best practices.

Does your LATAM AE have any experience in the region to help?

Had a LATAM team for a while. My experience is that the culture is much more receptive to introductions than cold outreach. I'd work whatever network you have there to start meeting people and ask for intros.

Is it possible then to ask your company to buy or use a different/additional tool beside LeadIQ, as all what you need here tbh besides a powerful prospecting tool that gets you a more detailed and accurate info about the LATAM region is a powerful translator, maybe google translate or CGPT would help with that!
