Actually, in the advertising world he's considered to be an account executive. Which it is kinda like a salesman. But yeah, that concept wasn't even in mind back then. I read a lot of David Ogilvy back in college and the advertising world kinda set the road work for the modern salesperson.There's a lot of hidden gold in his books.

How he challenged the guy the whole time. I do this on customer calls all the time. Usually gains their trust and allows me to take control of the call. Teach, tailor, take control.
