If they do not have anything to tell me that can teach me something, I start asking.
How did you do that? How did you cope with task X today? Or last week.
If not with my colleagues, with my customers. Did you use the product significantly this week? If so, did you enjoy feature X and how? If you did not use it, why not?
In what sense? I'm always learning something new from my kids or as a result from them. Like how to get spit up stains out of a sport coat, or how many times a sticker can be "re-stuck" before it's useless and ends up under the couch for me to find later.
Do I learn anything from posts like this? No.
