Thoughts on Growbots?

I posted a while back about Mailshake and was told they were overall pointless. I wanted to inquire about another email tool used to "warm up someone's inbox" called Growbots. Vote / comment below if you have experience with this type of software to decrease bounce rates and increase open / click rates for SDR teams.

CuriousFox its a software to use outside of your CRM to better analyze click and open rates and stay out of spam from my understanding

I find the "Warming up an inbox" technique quite pointless tbh. Nobody likes useless emails in their inbox - not prospects, not customers, not suppliers, not CEOs, and I'm sure not even you.

I know Hyper-personalisation is a different animal altogether and you won't be able to SHOW email/call volume to your boss if you go for this approach.

I'd suggest you find a sweet spot in the middle. Practice dancing between that line of volume and personalization. A little inclined towards the latter perhaps.

And for that, you definitely don't need a tool to warm up someone's inbox.

Gosh, I can't remember what we used at my last company but it worked well. Haven't tried Growbots.

I haven't heard of it. If it actually works to keep email from getting blacklisted, that would be a huge benefit.

We tried a warm your inbox tool, and it was useless. Just make sure you have good data from companies like ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. and aren't sending 100 emails a day the first few weeks of using a new inbox.
