Make more calls and read some people skills books. Do a few practice pitches in the morning with your co-workers. I would rather mess up my pitch on Jim in the office than Joe at the fortune 500.

yea man, I get that - unfortunately im the only SDR on my campaign.. i really lack that team energy, those sales talks you have with only sales people who get it haha

Right amount of research into who your right people are, and how to go about prospecting them is going to take you a long way.

Also do the right research into what the market is pivoting towards, what the current trends are.

And mainly: Do not reach out to the prospects like you are a bot. It's a human-human conversation, and it should be led that way. :)

You can do several things:
* Improve the targetting of your list(s)
* Disqualify prospects faster - be more effective in separating the wheat from the chaff
* Improve your messaging (A/B testing)
* Ask for referrals
* Use a P.A.D. (parallel assisted dialler) to maximize the time you spend actually talking to prospects v's dialling numbers.
