Check out many of the big tech companies for things like Sales Academy or Sales Training. Many of them start before graduation - we'd get a crop in for sales (and marketing) each summer and they'd go through a very formal training. The best of those were back after graduation. Some of those grads were AEs in a couple of years. Some moved on to other companies, but with a solid foundation. Definitely worth looking at.
