Virtual sales training: which ones? Who pays for it?

Do you invest time or money in any virtual sales training (LinkedIn Learning, FrippVT, John Barrows, etc)? If so, who pays for it - you or your company? And which ones do you love and recommend?

Whatever service it needs to be relevant to the sales team. Make sure you interview reps on what they need, or no one is going to get anything from the training, no matter the vendor.

I prefer having training built from the inside but if you can find a vendor that will personalise the content well enough and understand your team & product it can be worth getting an external trainer.ย

The worst scenario is an external trainer trying to push your team through a methodology or sales process that doesn't work for your company. Long story short, do your research before you waste the budget.
