The biggest benefits were implemented by myself... things like being able to do laundry during the day or running to the gym during lunch.
Yeah I think work from home is a benefit in itself. Plus u can jerk off whenever to blow off steam

My dog is here. I can also get a morning ride or paddle in and no one can be upset when I'm sitting in my sweaty bibs until noon. Oh, except my wife.
My company got me a standing desk
Just bought one. I’m pumped
Sales support now consists of a Boston Terrier and a French Bulldog. They close hella deals.
Apple provided the goofiest shit. Had a standup desk. Chair. Other misc stuff. Internet subsidy. But my favorite was the COMMUTING and bicycle reimbursement/card through WageWorks. Even though I worked from home. Whenever I traveled, I got to ride the subway or use Ubers for free 😆. When I left, I had $500 on the card from Apple so we took a first class train ride in a bedroom.
Not really anything my org did but:

- Workout during lunch or right after work
- Walk my dog 4 times / day
- Have some ´fun´ with the GF during business hours :)

We got an allowance for home office setup, that's was pretty cool
We got mental health days added to our benefits in the past year which was nice, we also got some stipends for home office needs.
Old company: Literally nothing
New company: Reimbursement benefit every month that can be used for groceries, extra bills from WFH, gym equipment, uber eats etc

Transitioning from the work desktop to the work laptop has really given me the opportunity to play COD while attending the dreaded MSC.

No commute, 30 sec walk from bedroom to my desk, doing laundry during lunch, going to the gym one minute away, high speed internet. I love it.
my cat is now my most annoying coworker which is a drastic improvement. we could take home equipment but I already had a monitor so I didn't. we got a mental health day last June, at one point last year we got a one time wifi check.
It depends on a lot of internal factors. In my case, I'm 1 of 2, so both of us and all the seniors were involved in the decision process, but we wouldn't have bought it if I didn't seek it out.
had successful deals where reps were my first point of contacts and either they loop people in directly to the conversation or they sell internally for me and get everything approved. I find that the reps I can sell too typically have used the product in the past so they are internal champions and really fight to have the tool so leadership listens to them
Are people still getting WFH benefits? Now that were going back in to the office?
