I understand that quota should be high enough that it challenges SDRs but I've also heard of unattainable quotas. Right now only 1 of the 5 SDRs are hitting quota at my company and I don't know if that's normal. What are your thoughts? For reference I work for a startup saas company where quota is set above what the business model requires of SDRs. The quota I am referencing is for the number of qualified meetings set.
What is a healthy quota?
