Definitely commission. I don't mind sales, but if I could make what I do in sales at a laid back office job, I'd leave in a heartbeat.

I would NEVER stay in sales if commission was taken away. The glory of club, mass emails, mainstage is fine, but its all about the money. Otherwise, I would be in Marketing...
