July here in the North East - everyone fucks off to the Hamptons and no one is around for meetings.

July/August are bad in the Midwest too. Everyone at their cabins.

July is awful. August seems to be a second runner up trying to squeeze vacations in before the school year starts for a lot of people.
Logistics and Retail its definitely be Nov to Dec unless shit has hit the fan.
