Whats the best Sales Commission Plan SaaS product out there?

Hi Team, can I get some advice on the best sales commission management software out there? I need to implement something for a small business with <20 commission earning staff. Comms will be calculated based on a % of Revenue and the % will vary depending on the Product Line. So I just need something pretty simple and inexpensive. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Thanks @poweredbycaffeine. What is it about Spiff you love? I’m looking for something super easy and priced appropriately for a small business.

Simplicity, support, price. QuotaPath is also extremely easy to sue and well priced with a top notch support team. I put them at a tie and it all depends on if you are SDDC or Hubspot. If the latter, go QuotaPath

Thanks mate. We are using Hubspot so I’ll look into QuotaPath. Appreciate your advice.

I think RepVue can help you with your question.

But what you are asking can be very complicated. What their base, sales cycle, etc. So many questions! Need a lot more details in order to provide a decent answer.

Thanks @Pachacuti. I should have been clearer. I’m asking about the best software to manage sales compensation. Things like QuotaPath, Xactly, CaptivateIQ. Cheers.

As an end user at Xactly, (incent), not a fan. Granted, I was never given end user training, and I’m also willing to imagine it may not have been set up properly, but it’s unintuitive and a real challenge for me to parse through.

That said, one of the big tech companies managed comp by .xls for the 13 years I was there. I preferred that (much easier to validate) but I’m positive it was difficult to manage.

Spiff or quotapath, I've used both. prefer Spiff because it also has an app. can't go wrong either way

CaptivateIQ is pretty great, especially if your plans change or if you have a lot of one-offs. Everything is basically excel-like where as with other alternatives they're built around modules that are hard-coded in. So depends on the complexity of your plans.

Happy to answer any questions -- I sold in this space previously.
