LeadIQ is my favorite. Combine that with ZoomInfo and you can reach 95% of reachable people.

I voted for Zoominfo, but I prefer their DiscoverOrg product.

Zoominfo proper seems more focused on 'intent' (snake oil) and gathering news events.

DiscoverOrg's interface actually has a very good search / report building function and gives you very detailed information about the organization.

I think they're both the same data at the end of the day. I just like the DO UI more. Expensive, but worth it.

Zoom info is really great for enterprise companies - they seem to update contact info fairly frequently. For mid-market or SMB companies, they don’t do as well. You can generally find the email sequence (i.e. first initial last name @ company.com) and then can use Hunter.io to verify the rest, but it’s more manual work for smaller companies in general. Seamless is a good tool, but they will populate multiple different numbers and emails that you have to manually verify anyway so it’s kind of a wash.

Apollo.io- gives email, structure, all employees contact numbers (no extensions though) researches some on software they use. Has othrr boxes for other info but its usually blank. If someone can tell me what does this but is better and more accurate for midsize business please reply. I need that shhh now!

I chose other just because we use zoom info but as our market is niche it becomes saturated and redundant sometimes (depending on Geography). If you have a really wide open prospect base than zoom info is great!

I think you need more than ☝️ data provider. I use ZI and Apollo. Heard great things about Slintel/Lusha and not so great things about Seamless (<40% accuracy). Some data tools are pretty good with email data while some with direct dials incl mobile
