QBRs were last week for us (earlier than normal). They're 1:1 and we use slides to review what's in pipe.
Honestly, I've found if I know my business, have reflected SOE effectively and am identifying the risks properly, they go very smoothly.

Ours run more like Salesforce reports. I wonder why they even conduct it. But yeah. Mine went ok. Reflected on what I did wrong and right. Good session. :)

I treat ours as a way to get the ear of my SVP. He wants to help, but is super busy. Itโs a great opportunity to provide some observations that he is uniquely poised to address internally and for the benefit of the reps.

Had ours right after EOQ. Try to avoid doing a lot of work for it, but will genuinely reflect on the quarter
