Working at Docusign?

hey guys, any Docusign reps here? Or people that have friends/contacts at Docusign?

i'm wondering what it's like to work there, specifically in the SMB to MM role. how many reps hit quota, OTE, how much inbound vs outbound, etc.

thanks!

Got a buddy who worked there for a few years. Seemed like a good gig at the time (for a ~25 y/o)..... I'll ask about some stats and happy to follow up if I get anything back.

Great place to work. I’m 4 months in and seems like everyone around me prints cash. Probably different depending on location though. I’m Canadian

Is it not just boring though?

It must be because at my last four positions it felt like 30% of the enterprise reps I interviewed were bailing Docusign.

If by boring you mean selling a fuck ton of software then yes. How exciting can any role really be? Remote life ya kno? Unless you work at gong that’s probably hella fun if you like jerking off your colleagues

Looks like they have massive employee churn from what I've casually observed over the years
