Would you recommend sales to a friend?

I am curious to hear from people who have worked in sales and what their experiences have been like. What do they consider to be the pros and cons of the job? Have they found it to be a fulfilling career path? Would they recommend it to a friend who is considering a career in sales? By sharing these insights and perspectives, we can help others make informed decisions about whether sales is the right career choice for them.

Chatgpt says - Sales can be a challenging but rewarding career path for those who are
motivated and enjoy working with people. Success in sales often requires
excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep
understanding of the products or services being sold. Like any career,
it's important to research and consider the opportunities and challenges
before deciding if sales is the right path for you.

my career has had many ups and downs like most ppl.

overall its been amazing and produces an amazing life and lifestyle.

i have never found my self talking to someone and saying " you should go into sales" which is odd.

its one of those weird things that if I have to suggest it to you, you might not be a good fit, and i dont know how to explain that.

Hey there, here's my collective answer to your 5 posts on the topic of sales: it's not for you.

If it were, you wouldn't destroy your perception of it before you've even worked in the trade.
