Anyone here using Rightbound or 6Sense?

I'm an outbound SDR building out our outbound team, which right now our company is 100% inbound. We're having big challenges with outbounding and picking who to go after. Looking into using 6sense and Rightbound to help us prioritize who we reach out to.

Anyone here using their platform open to sharing their experience with them?

We use 6sense and it can be a good tool, as long as you use it correctly. We started out (and continue) to use very vague keywords. Therefore a lot of the reps and SDRs avoid using it because it’s not very indicative to what a prospect is actually looking for. Spend lots of time thinking of very specific keywords… if you can get that right then it can work.

We also had a lot of glitches on our web pages. 6Sense would tell us we had like 10 accounts a day on our request demo page, when in reality, that wasn’t the case and it was somehow routing internal computers to our prospects IP addresses. Long story short, be cautious of the info but it can be powerful when used correctly.

I've used a few of these tools... we recently brought on 6sense. It's pretty phenomenal. As @dwightyouignorantsale mentioned, and also with any software it does need to have proper implementation but I can attest it's been great so far. Nothing is a silver bullet but this is as close as I've seen, it helps rank your accounts in your patch and gives a ton of insights to help personalize our outreach, gives me good place to point my BDR in- we've landed a handful of meetings because of it. Our org really bought in and rallied around it so Id say if you're going to look into something like this it touches a few different teams so having people in on the strategy is critical but if you do it can really produce some results.

We're planning on implementing 6sense soon -- I wasn't involved in the eval at all but our marketing team seems pretty excited about it

I've heard really cool things about 6sense! We looked into them as well when deciding which tools to go with but ultimately decided it was a bit expensive & did way more than we actually needed it too for now. We'll definitely explore in the future once we're a bit more advanced but for now we ended up going with a tool called Leadfeeder. We use it with ActiveCampaign to send out campaigns to companies on our site to nurture them down the funnel

Never used it but would be curious to hear your experience on both when you got some under your belt

Does using textbook sales lines make me a worse rep? Does that make sense?
