I'll be starting a new role as the first sales hire at a seed-stage startup. I don't have all the details yet but sales/marketing are being built out and I'll be helping put together the sales tech stack to hit the ground running.
Any advice on the right setup to run lean? I believe these guys have Hubspot for CRM but no other tools for prospecting/lead gen/data lists, etc.
My previous setup at a larger company was more complex but also more expensive - Salesforce CRM, Salesloft for outreach, ZoomInfo for data, Jiminny for call recording/call analysis, etc etc etc.
I've heard good things about Pipedrive. Any others worth looking at?
