Best way to stay organized?

What have you found to be the best way to stay organized? I know people who utilize tasks within their CRM, reminders on Google Calendar (or other calendar systems), sticky notes, a trello system, and numerous more. What have you found to be the most effective form of keeping up to date with prospects, and other tasks?

Depends. I like to use a combination of the following:

Tasks in Salesforce โ€” Ideally with detailed notes on what we spoke about on the call and a follow up date

Excel.

Google Calendar w/ the Checker Plus extension. Checker Plus makes editing and setting meetings a breeze.

AutoHotkey (Windows) or Keyboard Maestro (Mac) for setting up macros.

Endless sticky notes on my desk. Not the best solution, but hey, when you need to remember something, theyโ€™re hella useful.ย
