Booking demos with companies above 25mil in revenue

Hey all, my founder just asked me to change my strategy and goals for Q1 and focus on booking demos with brand above 25 mil in rev that comes under enterprise for us. ACV starts from $40,000, I have never done enterprise before, been laying out a plan to prospect and finalise how to reach out to these accounts. My ICP is in the eCommerce DTC space. Any suggestions on how to do so would help.


Tech Stack I have is LI Sales Nav, ZoomInfo.

Create an ICP list in ZoomInfo, load into CRM, prioritize based on other techno or firmographic data, and attack.

A/B test messaging and engagement methods. Email vs Phone vs LinkedIn, etc.

Keep trying until you find the right motion and then codify.

Not super familiar with direct to consumer but my assumption is that the list is likely not gigantic but large enough to keep you busy. I love targeting the middle of the road ones where they haven't solidified everything yet but they know what they don't want.

Are there any resources out there that aggregate DTC brands and data based on revenue numbers?

similarweb is a tool I've heard mentioned. You can search websites and it gives feedback on estimated revenue, web traffic, etc.

Maybe amazon is a good place to search due to product ranking and reviews?

FEELINGS- Your commission is annual (ARR) but the customer paid monthly (MRR) and if there is a churn in the next few months, the company will deduct by increasing your quota and taking the equivalent amount $$ from your quota in the next month.
