Can't wear Sweats to SKO

Good morning or Afternoon Savages!

As the best time of the year approaches (Christmas and finally the end of the year) another time approaches quickly after that Sales Leaders hold above all else Sales Kick Off!

That being said for the last 2 years at my current company I've been rocking different variations of Tie-die sweat pants and rotating polos for video calls (Yes, IK I have some serious swag). While I'd love to rock this to SKO I highly doubt it's considered "Business casual".

So my ask from all of you, what brands/ clothes would you recommend that will make me looks fresh at my SKO while also not compromising my love for the comfy clothes??? PS I'm a dude with a "athletic" (I'm guessing that's the new husky) build.

Haha I buy $15 silk blended polos and $20 pants from Costco and it looks the same as the Lulu and fancy polos people wear in the office

My SKO is remote, so I'll stay strong with the sweatpants.
General business casual is standard for get togethers, but if I were you I'd ask people who have been around for the last in-person SKO what to wear.

I assume this is in person or you wouldn't care about sweat pants.

Dress to impress - whatever that means to you and your organization. Look at your boss's boss for cues.

You can never wrong with a well pressed shirt (even a polo), slacks, and a sport jacket. Better to be slightly overdressed than to be underdressed.

Lmao I don't we're going to have an SKO anymore. Our all hands was essentially our CEO telling us "idk man, let's see what Q1 has in store". I'm spending part of the holidays working on my resume and my references.

I have several pairs of linen pants that I wear during the day. Very comfortable and I have blacks and greys. Most linen pants I looked at typically come in S, M, L, Xl. etc. I'm 6'4", 200 lbs so trying to find proper fitting pants was hard, as XL's are too big in the waist and L's are too short. I found Island Importers that offers separate waist and lengths. I would not wear them to any business function, but others might.
