How would you guys define a commercial sales team relative to SMB or Mid-market? My gut says commercial could include both, higher than SMB, maybe slightly below just a pure mid market role.

I’ve never quite fully understood commercial, tbh. It’s definitely not enterprise but I’d say it varies company to company. @moneyovermatter ‘s recent post showed that he’s commercial at Zoom and making absolute BANK that I can’t imagine would be possible as SMB or even MM
Very true, probably an anomaly. My girlfriend is a Manager at DocuSign and their SMB/COMM reps don’t even make close to what I’m making

Sounds like an arbitrary division your company created.
We don't have commercial, which is why I asked. Have seen it but not personally familiar with how most people define it.
