One time a prospect got really argumentative while I was sharing my screen and as I was trying to diffuse the situation my colleague messaged me "this guy is a wacko" and I didn't have my message previews muted.

He was like, oh yeah, I'm a wacko huh?

Safe to say it all went downhill from there.
