constantly struggle with this. I'm a big list list guy, I like to physically write things down and check then off. I make a mandatory priority list each day and block time. I usually try and do the most annoying or least favorite things first so that I can feel successful for the day.

I block off a couple hours every day to knock out all the additional work I need to do. Does it get booked over? All the time. That's why I do a couple hours, knowing I only need 1 usually.
