Are there any ex or current Confluent AEs in this amazing bunch of sales savages? I am considering changing companies, and Confuent caught my attention.
I have checked them out on Glassdoor and CompGauge, and I see quite mixed opinions. It seems like the work-life balance is not much appreciated, and this is a really important element for me.
I focus on
- support and training
- work-life balance
- general atmosphere: are colleagues there to help or to be better than you? Are managers there to guide or to tire you out?
- pay of course, but this seems very decent.
If anyone has heard about, or has experience themselves in this organisation (as an AE), I'd be happy to discuss!
